So this is my first real grow. I have the 2 ladies ( afghan kush x widow world of seeds attitude.com) under a 400 watt HPS from hortilux with a yield master classic hood with a max fan for ventilation in a 2 x 4 x 6 closet tent. it is about week 3 of flower with the first week of flower under a plantmax metal halide 13/11 lighting and also 4 to 5 weeks of vegging with it also 18/6 lighting. I am now running general botanicare nutes at the light dosages on the side of the box with 12/12 lighting on the Hortilux. The Go-Box that is. Also theyre in Ocean forest. Theyve been LST'd down and topped than I untied them. One is heavily pruned with thick nice healthy colas beginning to show and the other not so pruned. The one that is not so pruned has yellowing leaves under the canopy. It is week 3 of of flower should I just let them yellow and fall off or trim them myself so the plant wastes no energy. Also pics will be posted in the next 30 minutes, my camera is charging along with its flash.:joint:

I like to keep the leaves on for as long as possible. If a leaf is more then 1/3rd dead, I'll cut that part off, but I'll leave the green areas untouched. Any really yellow leaves I'll wiggle. The leaves that are just about dead seem to fall right off without any resistance. If its holding on strong, I assume it's healthy enough to stay, even if it is yellow. Some die off and color changing is normal.
