Yellowing Plant with Pics Attached

ok so my plant that i have in my window well its bottom leaves started to yelow at the end and i just thought no big deal. well the yellowing has started to creep up so i cut it off, again no big deal... well today i saw that didnt do anything, what should i do? what is the problem?

moisture stress: the leaves are wilted. and are slowly yellowing. basically the roots are being suffocated/drowned by water.
but the yellowing could also be a sign that its time to give it fertilize (1/2 strength). let your dirt dry until there is no moisture at the top, this will make your roots grow deeper in search of water.

so let your plant dry out
