hey guys.. i know i dont have all of the info needed to properly troubleshoot, but i will start by saying they are in pro mix hp. being watered a seedling dose of emerald harvests grow micro, and bloom line, along with their cal mag. the water is around 6.5-7 ph after the nutrients are added, so i felt there was no need for any correction due to the lime already present in the pro mix, and the potential negative effects of using ph down long term. I cannot check ph of the soil , or ppm atm sadly due to a lack of supplies. i will be ordering a PPM meter from amazon today, but i cant see the ppm being too high considering they are receiving such a small dose of nutes.. do you think this could be nutrient based or pest ? i have seen literally one aphid that i crushed , and then applied a soap, potassium salts of fatty acids to be specific @ 2% solution. please offer any insight , i am very worried for my fav girl.. these issues dont seem to be having the same effect on my other two plants, which seem to be a different pheno as this plant,, i am growing white widow fem by crop king. thanks !

First you don't need ph in soil or pro-mix
I run straight and most soil testers are bunk
It looks like you are running a blurple light which tends to disguise deficiencies early on
Am I close?

hey man thanks alot for the quick reply it is greatly appreciated ! and yes i suppose it is fairly close to a blurple, more purple/white, it is a viparspectra full spectrum led! would you like me to post several pictures in natural light perhaps ? i agree it is harder to see it fully under this lighting! and youre saying i dont need to fuss much about soil ph is that correct? i know the lime is supposed to take care of those issues for me right ?

hey man thanks, that is reassuring haha, i guess i just got overly worried about the slightest signs of anything put perfect green leaves. i will go a little lighter on the watering next time they are ready !
Anytime you see spotting look under the leaves. Buy a cheap comma loupe. A folder. If it’s advertised as 20X it’s probably closer to 8 but cheap and good enough to see the smallest pests. Caterpillars don’t freak. Just pluck them off. The larval stage of most moths and butterflies is fairly short. Other things like thrips and aphids we aren’t so lucky.

Overwatering is the leading cause of plant deaths in plants of all kinds kept by man. Most plants are genetically adapted to surviving periods of dryness. Only aquatic plants are adapted to constant wetness.

okay, i will be looking for a loupe today, probably head to the hydro shop down the road, its clearly going to be a required tool for multiple purposes throughout the grow. i noticed some extremely tiny black dots under a few leaves, far too small to get a goo look at by eye. i wiped them off. gonna egt a better look later when i get a loupe. as for the overwatering, i may have over watered this time around but i let them go through a wet dry cycle every time i water. perhaps ill give them some sun this afternoon to help them dry out a bit and perk up. thanks for the advice :)
