What sort of nutrients are you doing? Too much N will make them claw and it will stunt your buds.

It is clawed like N toxicity but it's not dark which is why I thought over watering. The folded over part is what's throwing me off sort of but it doesn't sound like it was too much light. Just try to make sure you're watering properly. Overwatering can cause all kinds of issues with pests and nutrient problems eventually. Leaves should be flat and full mostly, they are the one of the best indicators of the health of your plant. When you see them looking like talons or claws for a prolonged period there's something wrong.

I'm not so sure it's not dark, the lighting is making it difficult to tell especially with these auto balancing cameras these days.
Either way it's correct to say that this plant is not too happy which will ultimately impact the buds. You want optimal plant health for optimally potent buds. This is after all the indoor struggle LMAO
