cost efficient

So I'm not trying to blow 2-3K on grow lights but i want something that'll have powerful enough coverage for a 10x10 space in flower while still giving good PPFD to the top and lower canopy's. Does anybody here have suggestions that would meet this? The only thing I could find close to it is the...
