deficiancies

Hey guys so my forbidden runtz auto is on day 41 now but ive notice today theres a weird stain on 2 of the leaves. Doesnt look like a deficiency im able to recognise any suggestions to what it is?

I’m in need of help, again. I’ve been unable to pin down exactly what I have happening here with this round. Similar symptoms in new clones slow to get going and a couple plants in flower, which is making me think I burned them as the young ones shouldn’t be wanting too much in the way of nutes...

Plant was growning good then i saw the purple stems coming in heavy, gave it recharge+cal-mag recently to see if comeback... theres no intensity and thinking if genetics...is it good or bad and if yall know ways to fix will love it

What do you think it is causing these yellow spots? Some kind of deficiency? I am in week 3 growing autoflower in soil and did not use nutrients so far as I thought the soil would have enough for the first 3 weeks. I only see the spots on that one leaf so far and maybe a single spot on another one.
