Anyone here uses a PWM dimmer, which do you recommend and why?

I recently bought this: http://timbergrowlights.com/200-watt-citizen-clu048-square-framework/#product-details and it comes with a dimmer on it. What intensity should I have it on for veg and which for flower? Should I always have it at like half?
