This is a friend of mines grow. I can’t really tell what’s going on here. Bugs maybe? A deficiency? Any thoughts?

Hey everyone today i noticed my new growth / leaf edges are curled upwards but they look droopy aswell and then one of the leaves have strange marks and it kinda looks some bugs might be eating them im not sure pls help!! Like 40 hours ago it was looking better ill put some pics
