failed germination

I got a small pack of 3 OG Diesel Kush autoflowers and they sent 3 free. So far, I have one dud. Just stopped right before releasing the cotyledons. Anyone use them? Did I make a mistake? Granted it's the first seed from the pack, but it was the fattest and darkest. Should I order from somewhere...
