flowering in the spring

I had 6 lights and 1 broke and I have 4 plants the one plant started showing pistils 1 week ago under the 18/6 light and people said it was just showing sex not flowering. I brought them all outside about 2 days ago and the other 3 plants are not "showing sex" the one that was under the broken...
