I previously posted about these rust spots on my leaves but was told not to worry as they are only on one set of leaves. The rust spots have now slowly developed into white spots and was wondering if this is now something to worry about or not?

They were not here early on today, I think they could be nutrient burn as I have nut burn on some other parts of the plant and was wondering if anyone could identify
