indoor attached greenhouse

Is there a window in the plants life cycle that u can clone from ? Like my main plant is starting to go into flower soon, and I am stressing to get some clones from her with not any luck so far , and it feels like I’m running outta time , how long do I have till I can’t clone from her anymore ??
