maganese deficiency

All replies are greatly appreciated and welcome. I posted a few weeks ago about a mag/iron deficiency. I have been feeding it R.O @ 6.5 w/ Cal-Mag for 2 full weeks now and I have seen very very little change. I have included pictures of the current state. Im a week into 12/12 also and no hairs...
