Does anyone know anything about Clover Mites and ways to destroy them? Such as their gestation period and predators? Been noticing large red mites running quickly along the tops of leaves in my greenhouse.

So i have found these weird discoloration spots on some of my clones and a older from seed plant. I believe that I have seen some white flies flying around and have ordered some colored sticky traps already but is this really white fly damage or something on top of that. Please let me know what...
