remote light height adjustment

I have found the fewer trips into the flowering room the fewer problems you incur. With that being said I plan on running some pretty heavy light fixtures (84 passively cooled COBs(? lbs ea/heat sinks (1lb each)/drivers(?lbs)/frame(?lbs)) that might weigh 200-250lbs? I wonder if a screw drive...
