spots on leaf

I have some autoflowers that are in flower but look like there’s some deficiencies going on. anyone able to help identify what the issue is here?

I have a 5 week old OG, there are a couple of leaves that concern me, the leaves look deformed or aren't growing to potential. What is happening here ?
