about to put my 5x5x7 tent up and i was thinking about running 2 sun system 315 watt LEC. Anyone had good luck with these?

I got one of these from my hydroponics store http://www.amazon.com/Sun-Blaze-Output-Fluorescent-960315/dp/B009GCQWX2 This is just for my seedlings. Has anyone made their own reflector with one of these before? With the seedlings would the reflector matter?
