yellow leaves with black spots

At first I thought it was nitrogen deficiency but today I noticed these spots on the new leaves. Anyone has an idea??

I've been having yellowing on my plants that I have found out was a nitrogen problem, and am working on that fix, but this plant has black with its yellowing and looks a little different from the others. Does anyone know what is going on with this plant?
