Bernie Sanders is the most popular politician in the US

I think you confuse what people say with who they vote for. I agree with @vostok in that middle America is casting votes for conservatives. Doesn't his indicate that middle America is more conservative than Sanders? I've had conversations with conservatives and find the same as you in that we agree on what we want for the people of the US. They believe leaders with conservative ideology will accomplish this.
If people say one thing and then vote for another, perhaps I'M not the one who's confused!

EDIT: what gives you the confidence to make that conclusion when both major candidates in the general were conservative- not to mention their handlers, backers and supporters in control of the mass media? Who else was there to vote for?

i just pointed it out. look again.
Where is the evidence Clinton's negative poll numbers towards the end of the campaign were a result of Comey's letter?

That's your opinion, she was already trending negative before Oct 28;

Then in Nov she began trending positive again before the election, so why would everyone suddenly change their minds about the importance of Comey's letter?

i remember when you used to like facts and evidence.
I'm being consistent. You said the same thing about the DNC leaks in light of the mountain of evidence. You don't accept that but you expect me to accept your opinion as evidence?

Homey don't play that

Why did Clinton trend positive just before the election if Comey's letter is what done her campaign in?

If Comey's letter was so damning to her campaign, she would not have been trending positive after he had issued it

I just scanned their platform summary. I like the directive to abolish the concept of corporate personhood. Another great idea is abolishing private prisons and ending prison labor for profit.

However, I think these nascent organizations need to unify into a larger one that can present a more unified alternative to the two established parties.

I met some party members at their house. they have good ideas. I'm sure they want to grow larger. They have been around since the 60s , hardly just beginning. if you mean that many Evolving organizations should unify , i'm not sure if that would entail compromise there by diluting the solutions.
Edit. the green party, independent party,Libertarian Party,Constitution Party,
all are organized enough and smart enough to put in a president but something is wrong, there are only 2 parties allowed

@ttystikk , Sanders supports 'Our Revolution', which is a political ally of Justice Democrats. You asked me a week or two ago about that

As far as this idea that we should support whatever candidate runs against Trump or the Republicans because they're so terrible and if they win again minorities and gay people will be hurt more, well, sure, if the Democratic party gives me something to vote for. So far they have given me nothing and I don't expect that to change between now and 2018 or 2020 given their elected leadership after the election. Their actions show their unwillingness to change. Demanding adequate representation is not some progressive 'purity test', it's all that matters in a representative republic. If your representatives don't represent you, why would you support them?

Justice Democrats are going to run these establishment Democrats over in 2018. When we win, it's going to change the entire game forever

The opposite of divide and conquer is unifying behind a common cause.

If ever there was a time to do this, it's now.

What common cause do you believe progressives like you and me who want to reform campaign finance and establishment or moderate Democrats who don't can come together on?

Universal healthcare? Oh, right, moderates don't actually want universal healthcare..

Universal college? Nope.. same problem

Raising the minimum wage to a living wage? Nope..

Ending the war on drugs? Ending the private prison industry? Offensive wars? Regulating Wall Street and reinstating Glass-Steagall?

Moderates want none of these things. I don't see common ground, I see an entire party of shills demanding we get on board with their losing strategy, the one that just got beat by Trump... to try to beat Trump..

Justice Democrats is a hostile takeover of the Democratic party. We're going to primary establishment shills who represent corporate interests. Not a new party

will the justice party take my guns away?
how is the justice party on crime?
Enact common-sense gun regulation. 92% of Americans want expanded background checks, 54% want a ban on assault weapons, and 54% want a ban on high capacity magazines. This should be implemented along with a federal gun buyback program to cut down on the 300+ million firearms in circulation. Over 30,000 Americans die every year from gun violence, including over 10,000 homicides. The time to act is now to address this public health crisis.

Enact police reform. We believe in the core idea of policing – to serve and protect the community. Police are a vital part of American society and that is why it’s so important to reform the system to make it serve all Americans. For-profit policing should be abolished, police training should be retooled to emphasize deescalation tactics, and body cameras should be mandatory on all officers. Furthermore, community oversight boards should be created and broken windows policing should be eliminated. Stop & frisk – which disproportionately targets blacks and latinos 87% of the time – has a 97% failure rate. On top of being discriminatory and ineffective, it’s also unconstitutional and should be ended. Special prosecutors must also be appointed to hold police accountable.
