Why did President Lincoln violate freedom of the press laws if he wanted to "free the slaves" ?

Well it certainly isn't 12 you fucking creep!
I will remind you I started this thread to discuss Lincoln's hypocrisy and it was your crew that brought up kiddie diddling.

So, is there a universal age where everybody attains the wherewithal to provide consent, Genius ?

No, I didn't.

If two people CAN consent, I may not like what they consent to, but for me to impose my wishes on them is beyond my view of what my rights are.

If people don't or can't consent to something, then it becomes an involuntary human interaction. You are on record as SUPPORTING involuntary human interactions.

Funny how those clown shoes you are wearing fit you so good.

(Did you check on Abandon Conflict yet? I think he's down in his mom's basement holding his breath until he gets his way)

You said you would need to see a picture first. that isn't denial.

At least President Lincoln didn't believe in NAMBLA. Why does your Utopia allow for men to engage in sexual activities with young boys?

Now see here see4, in my utopia, I'm afraid you would not be allowed to engage in sex with young boys.

President Lincoln, like FDR was a racist and regularly ignored the Constitution.

well given that Lincoln successfully navigated the Civil War and helped lead a Union victory- temporary decisions had to be made, some of which were not popular at the time, and would not be popular at all today.... but we need to understand the nation was at war - it was a very dangerous time for the USA.

I can find no fault in President Lincoln's record as a president - he navigated the most difficult period in American history, one that could've broken the nation up into two or more ideologically different nations with competing interests that would've only led to more war and the USA would've never gotten to where it is today if it wasn't for his temperament, his intelligence and his good decision making....

no amount of revisionist innuendo, or 'arm-chair' expertise will change my opinion.... carry on....

Thank you for expressing your opinion in a reasonable manner.

Are you okay with President's "temporarily" disregarding peoples rights some of which are outlined in the bill of rights?

No.

when talking about Lincoln, given the time period, given the overall situation surrounding his presidency, and given the results of his presidency......

it is hard to argue that doing something different than what he did would've had a better results.....

not to sound too glorifying but I think if any other man would've been president at the time there would be 2 separate nations in what is now the United States - please note this is my opinion and you can disagree if you want - you are not convincing me.....

I wouldn't live in your Utopia. I'm afraid I'd get caught up saving you from people gunning you down. Because, you know... no laws and all.

Nice try on the "nu-uh, no you" argument though.

Yes, but in Robs Utopia you'd have to get his "consent" first.

Because no laws and all (no ems/fire/rescue either) so no "implied consent" to intervene and save his ass.

Sounds like an ideal Utopia to me:roll:

Hopefully not.

What is like rape though Poopy Pants is going to another persons property and forcibly demanding they associate with you, even when they prefer not to.
no, that's just your ultra-racist interpretation of a black man trying to order lunch like everyone else. it gets you all mad for some reason.

but a 31 year old fucking a 12 year old doesn't seem to bother you in the least.
