every door i install is $400 minimum. every window is $100, and two windows are worth $300 because that is our minimum trip charge.
I have that down to a science. After tiling all of the bathrooms in my house, by the time I got to the last one, I could take the door off, cut 1/2 inch off the bottom of it (to allow clearance for the new tile going in) and rehang it in exactly 2 minutes.
no need to do that, just nip off the bottoms with an oscillating tool. reinstall new trim if need be and caulk.I have that down to a science.
