@Thegermling are you in soil or coco?
Looks like seeds have germinated in rockwool and then strait went into coco.
Find the stem incredible!
I've 7 and 8 nodes too but my stem has maybe ∅4-5mm not 10 or more.
Heard only good things about the MC stiuff and still wait for an EU distributor but till now no luck!
Only GHE Maxigrow and Maxibloom is available and already on its way.
Should arrive until friday..

Im in pure coco but I used a rockwool cubes for a secret tip I will tell you guys about.
I dont believe its the megacrop alone. The rockwool is more of a trick to get the plant to have a massive root system. If you dont know what im talking about go on youtube and go to growpotcheaply's channel and type in "4 inch rockwool method" or look at my posts on the "4 inch" method in the advanced section on this forum. I had to stack two small rockwool cubes to get it to almost 3 inches and put it together with two toothpicks. This helps with getting a plant in a small container massive roots. Youve heard the saying "the bigger/more roots the bigger the fruits."
This method was originally used for getting big autos but this will be my first time using it on a photoperiod. Since this contest basically doesnt allow much veg time (same with most autos) I had to try this out. The plant I have going in the contest is a las vegas triangle kush by cannaventure. I chose it because it stretches up to week 5 of flower. Cannaventure has been having hermie issues and germination issues lately and im worried a bit. The 6 seeds I had of this strain ALL popped. Maybe its just the recent batch of seeds, maybe. WELL SEE!!!!!

I like megacrop because its cheap and its good. Prefer it over overpriced canna wich lacks alot.

Looking good folks. Ok, let's try this again.
Light includes rocker & drop design left & right monos. X1, center cob, it also has an hourly fine mist distribution chamber, built in humidity control device, ac/heat, time-lapse camera, sunrise-sunset effect, & it makes my medical coffee on a timer. Self cleaning of course.

Do you mean air pruning to create multiple root branchings?
How you did it with these rules?
I do regularily the same with my little coco Jiffy tabs. I put the seedlings + Jiffy under the humidity dome on a bed of perlite untill I see air pruned roots all around the Jiffy. Takes up to a week!
But not this time! If I had, I would be force to stay in the Jiffy because one rule says, party cup from beginning to end, no transplanting, that's why I did not do it this time.
I should have asked if it's allowed or not!

What is there to vote on, a rule has been broken.
And NO, I'm not scared.
You must be scared if you're quick to vote someone off w/o any rhyme, reason & especially facts.
See, i knew once I stated the crippled plants were all part of my plan that heads would get nervous. Didnt know they anyone would jump right to false accusations though.
Now I see why so many here use plainwhite only to grow . Anymore options on their lamp would cause utter confusion & chaos. It's not that hard guys, just push the little button & pow, the monos are running.
Lmao! While you're reaching Dawg dont forget to reach around.

Yeah its air pruning to some degree. His method involves putting germinated seeds in rockwool and immediately putting them into the media (he uses coco, so do I). I started this party cup seed in rockwool that was in coco from day 1 if that makes sense. No transplant at all. The method I described, if you follow the way the guy says it, lets air pruning to happen without needing to have air pots or fabric pots etc. Its hard for me to explain it but if you watch his video it will make sense.
Edit: if I remeber right isnt most jiffy pellets made of peat? Peat holds alot of water. This method involves daily watering also because rockwool and coco dont hold alot of water. Again details are in his videos if youre interested

Yeah, I know a few of his videos but I have only seen the one where he has used the 4" rockwool cube, removed the outer plastic film and allowed the roots to get air pruned all around the cube. I've not seen the method you've mentioned and it also would not make sense. With the rockwool cube sit directly in coco there will be no air pruning cause it needs air to work. No air, no pruning!
You have done it exact the same way like I did and put it directly in the coco and therefor there is no air between coco and rockwool so air pruning can not happen. Maybe with bone dry coco around the cube..
So its probably 50% genetic, 25% megacrop and of course 25% because of your green thumb..

And yeah, the cheap Jiffy's are made from bad quality peat(PH below 5) and are counterproductive. I've used them one time maybe 25 years ago and only 50% of the seeds have germinated properly. Bad thing, they all have popped up between paper towels before.
Currently I'm using Ugro Rhizo plugs!
Its the same tab like a Jiffy's but made from with mycorrizza innoculated and pre-buffered coco. Coco is naturally rich on trichoderma but there are no mycos. This plugs make sure the seedling/cutting gets immediately innoculated with both types of symbiotic fungi.

BTW, the 3rd one has finally showed her gender so it's time to choose...
Will upload a small unofficial update in a few mins.

No, it's still the same light!
To dimm the light down is allowed so as long as its the same light...
Switching off a few of the diodes with a regularily build in switch should be okay too cuz it's more or less the same like dimming. And lots of blurple have veg and bloom switches too.
So I would say, he IS still "in"!
No need to vote!
