Obama didn't win because he leans left so much as because he was not McCain, McCain was seen as another Bush. Thats why Obama won no question in my mind. The problem is almost all Republicans around right now are seen as another Bush. That is why the GOP is saying they will only run "right wing" canidates. The problem is their definition of "Right Wing." I would like to see every Member of the GOP who isn't Ron Paul step down and allow a fresh GOP person to run. Clear out the dead wood. Its the only way IMO that the GOP will have any credibility.

They invested so much in Bush Policies that it created a bubble and now the Bush Bubble has burst. What do they do? Continue the Bush policies? Admit they were wrong? They are kinda stuck.
