You can quit with the bullshit lies now. You don't need to sway anyone's opinion with your lies anymore as most people have already voted by now.

Lets have some fun.

So HOW do you know what the vote count was?

Do you have a tin foil hat on with your finger stuck in the socket of your magnetic ballast, intercepting top secret transmissions from FBI satelites?

Dude, that tinginling sensation your getting is electromagnetic shock not ESP.

Come one man, try to pull it together.

In case you were unable to comprehend this thread-the results are not in I never claimed they were. I never said I knew what the vote count was. Good luck with your reading comprehension and you will see prop 19 has been defeated you can check back in about 12 hours I will post a final vote count once offical results come in confirming 19 was defeated

I understand what you mean, my only problem with voting no was that the propaganda from both sides was such B.S. my my NO vote could be misinterpreted and people could think I don't want marijuana legal. The pro 19 side tryed to sell it as legalization and thats not what it was and the anti 19 side said it was legalization and came with a bunch of nonsence reefermaddness arguments against marijuana. when 19 fails because it was a bad prop and the majority of people saw that we run the risk of people believing cali is anti marijuana.

I don't understand the argument that Prop. 19 would put the majority of the marijuana business in a few hands. That's going to happen anyway if there is no regulation. A few people will develop better and scalable grow operations and more efficient distributions models that will allow them to undercut their competitors. Then they'll be consolidated into even bigger operations. That's how commercial agriculture works these days.

Also, I don't live in California.

at current time big buisness isn't doing 60,000 square foot grows- your right to a degree but for now current rules keep things reasonable keep it from being monopolized at least to some extent. the permit process under 19 would allow a few huge comercial operations while restricting small growers and creating a fixed market and eliminating competition while taxing and restricting users with more laws and taxes

I'm not sure there would be any huge business grows because nobody knows what the federal government would do. As long federal marijuana laws are in place, business owners would be running a big risk with commercial grows. The fed could come in at any time.

An enormous risk - imagine 60,000 sqft of hydroponic grow equipment/lights/nutes et al. destroyed or confiscated never to be seen again.
Millions.
But once legal, it will eventually end up under the control of a very small number of umbrella companys. Thats just the way these things work.
