Tea is done =) ill post some pics in a bit.
It made my whole kitchen smell pretty good actually.
Also, it came out darker then I expected. But then again
I did boil it all down to a half cup.

i got5 san pedro growing not even an inch tall but its only been a few months a few of them have turned red and got sun burn't lmfao its ok tho cause they are still thriving

Just read your whole thread and I have to admit, I know absolutely nothing about cactus and it's effects but I've been telling my wife I wanted to grow some just for fun.

Now I want to know if I should grow it for another kind of fun, lol. Can someone explain to a complete n00b what the effects of this tea is?

I don't have pics of my tea, but it was identical to Irishlion's:

What did you strain with? The screen, as suggested by Lion, results in quite a bit of pulp.

As long as your cooking times weren't too long or temps too high, all shoud be fine, methinks.

thanks! it was a long but enjoyable process.
and i ended up straining it with an old shirt.
but my temps wer actually a little under the
temps that were suggested for fear of burning the alkaloids
haha i got paranoid so i kept the temps way down.

Me too my friend! im wettin my huggies over here cuz i just wanna
go meditate, drink that shit down, and go hiking =) but because
of the responsibilities of having a 4 month old child my plans have
been slightly delayed...so im thinking camping in a week or so? the weather
is starting to get pretty nice here so it shall be soon. currently its
sitting in my freezer in a pepsi bottle just calling my name...PStank....PStank....I have much to teach you PStank. =)

The outdoors will overwhelm you.. to the point of bursting out into sobs ime.. The sensations of the earth under your naked feet is incredible. Mescalito has earthen connections unlike any other entheogen.

My openness to nature on this particular day was actually a little too wide open. The bees were sensing my loving vulnerability and wanted to play. They were kamakaze buzzing my head and landing on my skin.. harmlessly I think, i was never stung but it became very unnerving after a few minutes and I needed to dash. Birds also were more tame than usual, landing within inches of my head to have a look-see at me. One of the greatest trips of my life.

i know this one will be a powerful won for you, Pstank, I gotta feeling.
