4 , 150watt cfls ? bro why not just get an apollo 180w LED works wonders and its what im using for c99 from g13 labs. Plus its better efficiency, and you can flower and use for veg
What makes these lights much better over a 180w ufo led i understand quality of material might be better but is the light emitted from these worth the price if i will be growing in such a small space ?
Hey guys im planning on growing one plant in 2x2 area and was wondering if this led would be ideal for good yields. Never used LED before so willing to try something new...
I don't know what these dots are though i think it might be light burn because i used 6 26w cfl around 2-3 inches from the seedling in spiral and it might have reached for them and just burned out. I doubt its nutrient burn as im using fox farms organic nutrient soil, i dont think nutrient burn...
Cheers Chemist man I will definitely try that, since its my first grow i will experiment with soil and lighting as i need to learn to balance soil before i can balance a active nutrient system like a hydro grows which are generally less forgiving if you fuck up lol :-)
Thanks all !! keep it up...
Well i already have a 150 w hps which i will use as soon as the time comes to flower maybe in another 4 weeks. The 6 cfls are near the 6500kelvin scale so all is good for now, guess we will just have to see how the plant holds out doubt there will be much smell if any at all from a single c99 plant.
Hey guys i have a 2x2 closet space in which i can grow a Cinderella 99 strain that my buddy gave me. But im having a hard time deciding which cfl to use if anyone has link to amazon and how to line them up for maximum light penetration. I am only looking for one plant scrog in this small space...
Was trying to find a good 400 watt hps/mh ballast that can switch between the two and also not burn my wallet :-). So far i have looked into apollo and Ipower on amazon the one with the cool tube, but i heard that they died easily and have some issue if anyone recommends something please help...
If you are using tinfoil for a reflective material you are burning your plants as tinfoil creates hot-spots and burns leaves very easily. I would also recomend if space is limited grow 1-2 plants in larger containers and just scrogg them to get maximum efficiency out of your setup, then again...
I would not transplant and then flower instead i would transplant and let the roots develop for another week or two with moderate watering. This gives the plant time to adjust from the SHOCK that it receives when being transplanted, so id say transplant wait two weeks or one depending on how the...
