You should flush them about 2 weeks before harvest. Let the water sit out for at least 24 hours before you use it to flush them. My tapwater PH is fine but I would check yours if I were you.

My lights definitely start to fade after about 6 months but not enough to worry about until about 9 months. I try to replace my 400s and 1000 watt at least once a year if not twice.

I usually lose alot of fan leaves, especially by week 8. If the rest of the plant looks good and the its not lacking nutrients I wouldn't worry about it. How long is the flowering period for the strain you're growing?

Besides keeping a light close to them there isn't much you can do for seedlings. If they were clones you could top them or something but seedlings need to grow unmanipulated for a little while (at least a few more weeks anyway).

I grew out 3 fem. Chocolope (DNA) seeds and had no problems with herms. Only one of the 3 cloned with any success but no male flowers on any of the mothers or clones. I also grew 2 G13 Haze fem. from Barney's Farm and had no herms from either of those, they both cloned excellently too.

They will destroy your plants if you just leave them. Get some neem oil or if you absolutely have to, try some hydrogen peroxide. Definitely do something about them though.

Supercrop and make a grid out of string or something throughout the entire room so that every part of the plant has support. It will be hard to move around in there but it would allow you to keep most if not all of the plant intact throughout flowering
