Honestly the title of this thread is something i never want to do in any grow. Beginning of flowing is a very delicate stage, you dont want to disrupt the plant at all or give it any stress. If your forced to be doing this try to transplant as delicate as possible in nice loose soil. YEHAW

Use 2 of the lights only for the first 4 days, u want to make sure the seedling leafs are fully out before you put 4 on. I grew some Short Riders from Nirvana a while back, had the lights on 20 on 4 off. They turned out super potent and yielded pretty nice, and they fully ripened in 2 months...

I get my clamp lights from home depot...you can fit Y sockets in them 2. Cost about $20 each
