If the Miracle Grow soil didn't fry your seeds I don't know what will. If they are in not too big of pots, just repot them in bigger ones with some half way decent soil. Just carefully extract it from the pot, being slightly dry helps as this keep clumps of dirt from ripping half your roots off...

A Cal/Mag problem really affects yield. I think you might have just over nuted a tad. Also should remove the dead leaves. I grow in small pots all the time.( Even solo cups )
