ok i think i get it. so a 2ft by 3ft box about 5 ft tall would work well with a 250 watt hps setup then as long as i have a fan in there.

when i used a built in cupboard i split it by using wood to make an upper part and fitted an inline fan, i split the cupboard door too like a stable door so i could leave top open to vent warm air into room.
