let me know how you turn i thooght about going led but im going to go with the floros i like the choice of color spectrum and the no fire issue with HID bulbs that are hot. although work well in a cellar. but not so safe in a closet thats hard to vent.

im not sure but i was recomended the same stuff fox farms light warrior for starting them then some ocean something to finish them in

how hot and how close are your lights. im new as well but it looks like a combo of heat stress and nute burn bad.

you want the bluer ones for veg stage and redish ones for flowering stage. its on a kelvin scale cfls are easy to find 2700K for your redish ones and 6500K for your blueish ones

so in a closet thats 2ft by 5ft do i even need to vent a 250watt hps light

im about to buy a MH/HPS set up but do i need a fan for the 6inch tube thing.

ok i think i get it. so a 2ft by 3ft box about 5 ft tall would work well with a 250 watt hps setup then as long as i have a fan in there.

so i could narrow it down a little 2ft by 3ft would be ok i like the height though i want a couple 3 or 4 footers. so when should i top and trans plant these. and is it true if you start flowering at 12 inches the plant will either double or triple its height during stretch while its flowering.

so for a couple of plants what would be a good size grow box with the 250 watt MH/HPS setup. and i will most def research this SOG theory i like that idea. but i need to make sure i can grow first i only have the 2 good seeds the rest are garbage more for trial then anything. or a headache.
