What up friends! My first cracdk at growing. I did my homework. I learned if you want to cultivate you can half ass or go all in, I went all in. My room is almost complete. RO and AC going this week. Panda Film to close the walls after that! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

after my seeds germinated I placed them in a hydro hut under a 600watt mh about 14inches from the light. some of them have grown about 2-3inches when should I transplant the plugs to regular flower pot? thanks for your help!
