Right now I have my lights on 18/6 cycle and I was wondering if it would be beneficial to slowly reduce to a 12/12 cycle over the course of a week or two when I'm ready for flowering, maybe putting them to bed 30min earlier every night for two weeks. What do you guys think?

When I was transplanting I managed to snag one of my seedling's leaves on something and it ripped the leaf slightly. It doesn't look too bad but I was wondering if I should leave it as is, or maybe trim the tip of the leaf off, or remove the leaf entirely. Let me know what you guys think.
