    hempy bucket method

What greenisgold says is true, the little reservoir you create on the bottom will dry up in about 3 days or so. Smaller containers will need to be watered more frequently. After a couple of botched soil grows I decided to try the hempy method, and my plants have been doing really well this...

    DP Orange Bud T5's lst

Those look really great man! Hopefully my upcoming harvest will be something like the one that you had a few pages back, in quality anyway, as it looks like you pulled quite a lot out of there. I'm using T5s as well, and I'll really need to keep up with your current grow for pointers.

    White Russian start to finish

Great idea man, have you done it before? Some friends and I were debating our chances of getting away with it, but I'm not sure if any of us are really willing to take the plunge and try it out.

    White Russian start to finish

Sorry man, I haven't checked in for awhile. As far as housing goes, something on the beach would be hard, and for something in that price range you'd have a roomie or two. I'm a student at the University, and unfortunately don't know what's going on with the housing in town now. I figure that...

    White Russian start to finish

I just read through your entire journal man, some really great stuff. I was researching some strains to buy and wanted to see some white russian grown out and came across your thread, but I guess those beans your friend gave you really could have been anything. It's a shame that you had to tear...

    Deficiency Troubleshooting

Thanks for all the trouble Bonz, it's much appreciated. The lime just came in the mail yesterday, but unfortunately it wasn't the fine powdered kind, so I'll need to find a way to crushi it up or grind it before use. The two plants in the front have been showing signs of recovery beyond the...

    Deficiency Troubleshooting

I water them every 4 days or so, going by the weight of the pots and by the finger test. I nute every other time. Yesterday when I was flushing I took a water runoff test to find that all the plants were sitting soil in the mid to high 5 ph range. I flushed until the runoff read at least 6.6 and...

    Deficiency Troubleshooting

Cool man, thanks for the advice. I'll be flushing ASAP. I'm pretty disappointed with the way this grow has been going recently, as my two best plants are the ones affected. What concerns me most about the plant on the far right is that it's also the one with the fewest leaves (threw them into...

    Deficiency Troubleshooting

Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a problem on my hands. I've noticed that two of my three plants are exhibiting similar symptoms, and I'm not exactly sure what the cause is. I'm thinking Mg, but I'd really like a second opinion. My setup is pretty simple: Black Gold soil with a bit of perlite...

    Edux10's WidowCindy Grow

when you top your plant can you use the cut off bit to clone?

I think the only difference you may notice when taking cuttings from the top of the plant rather than from the bottom is the time it'll take to root. The last time I cloned my tops, they took about two weeks to show roots. My last clones I grabbed from the bottom, and in 8 days roots were all...

    meth help?

I'm sorry to hear about all this. It's never easy to deal with an addiction, especially when it's a family member. I can attest to ice being really bad in Hawaii- it's been a big problem for awhile, though news coverage has been down recently. My dad was addicted to ice when I was younger, and...

    Banjo Music: Any recomendedtions

Robert Crumb played the banjo in his band R. Crumb and his Cheap Suit Serenaders that you might like. They played old-timey music durring the 70's and 80's with an awesome 20's string band vibe. Definitely give "My Girl's Pussy" a listen.

im guessing this is nute burn?

Some of my leaves show the same symptoms and I was worried that it was nute burn too, but after flushing and checking the pH with a friend's meter, I'm thinking that it's normal like MrFishy pointed out.

    Leaves Discolored??

I don't think that it would be a good idea to cut the leaves off, they still look alright. Most people would recommend removing leaves that are completely far gone, at least more than 50% dead. Might just be a little over watering or something. You're plants look really good though! I have yet...
