You can use carboload throughout the whole grow. The carbs will keep your beneficials alive. AN has a bunch of other products that give you same instructions but can be used all throughout the grow. Voodoo juice, pirahna and bud candy come to mind.

I use bud blood when i turn the timer to 12/12. It will induce flowering very quickly. I usually see pistils within 3 or 4 days. I only use it once along with bloom nutes. I don't see any reason why to do a longer dark period. Is it supposed to induce flowering faster?

They are good for the price. I have the 400 watt system which I started out with and it served me well. I would get the highest wattage that you can afford. Even though 250 watts is good for a 3x3 area, 400 watts will be better. And higher wattage than that is even better.
