I sterilized 12 jars in a pc....placed foil over the wholes. When I took the foil off, I noticed drops of water on the top of the lid. How much moisture do you think went in my jars? And do you think it will cause contaminants? I have a different strain to start, but I am waiting to see how...

Ok...just received my science project and tomorrow I will prepare my cakes. Just curious...what part of the house do you feel most comfortable in while inoculating. I really don't want any contaminants...and with the family, including the dogs... well, I'm sure some of you can understand...
