I use the Mighty Wash once a week. And the mites are under control. I shut all fans and lights off, then spray under the leaves and on top of the leaves. I'm satisfied with the Mighty Wash!

I put my seeds in water for 24 hours. It softens the shell, so it will sprout faster. Then place in a damp paper towel and put in a baggy. You should see results in a few days. Keep in a dark place.
