I have recently started my grow op I have 50 plants of 4 different strains (skunk #1, Blue Dream, Green Crack, and Kryptonite) around 3 weeks from the cloning stage. I have most of the plants in 2 gallon grow bags and plan on moving the rest to grow bags soon... I have 2 600watt hps lights...

I am about to do my first grow(aeroponic/hydro) and I have heard and seen mixed info on flushing the nute tub. Some say do it bi weekly and others say it is not necessary and to just monitor the ppm/ph/temp and water level... Any advice?

I am just a couple weeks away from kicking off my grow and I was looking for some advice on my lighting cycle. Should I run my lights during the day time eg. 4am-10pm or 4pm to 10am? The same question would apply for the flowering stage 4am to 4pm or 4pm to 4am? Thanks
