u can take clones from wherever you want on the plant, lower limbs usually take faster

i agree with monkeybones, it looks a little over fertilized too, probably to much nitrogen, don't need that much during flowering. i would flush it to get the excess ferts out. it will help it alot, might even dense up for ya, good luck

ec the water- nutes before you feed, use the ferts at half strength and you should be fine
