    Fog & Almost Harvest Ready

I have a beautiful 4' girl almost ready for harvest...she could probably go another week or so. But it's been really foggy in the mornings, burning off to warm bright sun in the afternoons, then back to fog at dusk & overnight. So far no signs of mold/budrot. So should I just pull her since...

1st serious outdoor grow, socals whack light cycle

I too live in SoCali, more coastal tho. I've done indoor and outdoor. Outdoor last year for the first time. My first went out mid april (clone), another vegged (fr seed) inside until June. I pretty much stick to a height rule of 2', then out she goes. I also harden off to keep her happy...

    Bud Worms!!! Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

Checked my plants this evening, all looked great, came inside and had a inch long green caterpillar struggling on my pant leg. Now I remember the same think happening a few days ago. I was going to wait another two weeks, but now I think I should pull them in at the end of this week...if not...

    So will this work?

I posted a similar question, and I'm thinking it's worth a shot to try if the plants are vegged inside. I live in southern cali too. I have a couple of spots in my yard that get good full sun most of the day. I'm going to put out a foot tall clone to see how it does...a little mulch around...

    Growing Year 'round?

I'm new to growing cannabis outdoors, but do have a "regular" garden...flowers, tomatoes, fruit, etc. But all of those plants have a season for growth. Since my garden is in southern cali I'm blessed with good weather...pretty much year 'round. Yes, it does rain in Southern California, and we...

    1st Timer Outdoors - Pics

Most have been out about 6 weeks. The mystery plant has been out since like June. It stayed small and strange looking, I ended up moving it so it could get better sun. Kinda interesting to me that the one I didn't pay a lot attention to is doing better than the ones I tended to more often...

    1st Timer Outdoors - Pics

I germed inside in 1/2 pint pots of organic soil, only SSH was started from seed. The Bubba Kush and mystery plant were clones. I didn't put anything outside until they reached a foot. I like starting in peat pellets, but found that I do better germing in soil. But I do use peat for my...

    1st Timer Outdoors - Pics

Thanks! Organic, I use Fox Farm products...but honestly I wasn't feeding until a few weeks ago. Have rich clay soil in my yard, worked in some FF when I put them down to give them better drainage.

    1st Timer Outdoors - Pics

Here's some pics of my 1st outdoor grow. Pics are 2 Super Silver Haze...from the looks they're doing much better than the indoor harvest I had a couple of months ago. The one in the background is about 5' tall, but the short one looks yummier; 1 innocent looking bubba kush...hiding a nice...

Humidity dome to keep seedlings watered

I think 8 holes are too many. I used humidity tents for my clones...one had holes and the other didn't. The one without the holes rooted faster. As soon as I sealed the holes on the other I got roots. But, since your seedlings just popped up you risk damping off if they get too moist, so I'd...

    Patiently Waiting....but....

Thanks Senor, I'll wait. It's nice to get feedback from others...my antsy friend keep saying they're ready. But I had a feeling I should wait.

    Patiently Waiting....but....

Thanks, I'll wait for the swell and turn the fan up...I have a good ventilation, so hopefully that'll cool it down a bit. I also have super silver haze, which I will never attempt to grow inside again because of my height issues. But they definitely don't look as close to harvest as the Bubba. ;-)

    Patiently Waiting....but....

Does it look like another 3 weeks to you? I've read about pay attention to trichs when they're milky. And thanks for your reply too. I'm pretty happy about them. Sista Dank

    Patiently Waiting....but....

I vegged for about 4 weeks. I have height issues in my grow area, so I tend to stick to flowering as soon as the plant reaches a foot.

    Patiently Waiting....but....

My plants just finished their 5th week of flowering today. From the looks they appear close to harvest...trich heads are milky, pistils have turned on 50% of the plant, some lower branch flowers still mostly white. They're under a 1000w HPS Hortilux, grown from seed in organic soil with good...

    Preventing spider mites

I use Neem Oil. But, unlike the bottles instructions, I mix 1/4 tsp with 1 qt water, then use a sponge dipped in the solution to wipe around the edge of my pots. I haven't had a serious infestation so this has worked for me. I avoid adding it to the medium to keep from altering the bud...

    Hermie Advice Needed

Unfortunately found a hermie in my crop today. I've moved s/he out of my flowering room to another room far away from my flowering room. I believe I've got it out before it's pollenated the rest of my crop. The hermie looks great, lots of female flowers, not so many males, end of 3rd week of...
