I was just wondering if this was normal, my leaves are yellowing up at the bottom of the plant. Maybe too much watering? or is it normal for the first set of single leaves to die off?

is there anything i can do to increase my bud growth rate cause i have the light on 12/12 and its 3 flourescent bulbs in like a small dresser that is coated with flashing in the inside
