are you sure it's a hermie, it has "balls" the pollen sacks that release the pollen. if you're not sure upload a pic that shows them... there are plenty of images on this site to help you identify them.

yeah, I would recommend nutes, the plant needs to eat man, think about what happens to anorexics they get all thin and scraggly... on my first grow the only nutes used were molasses and mg potting soil. now I opt for liquid ferts, look for npk like dude said, and use some molasses too...
