I've seen these little guys on all my plants outside since I had a catnip plant in 2014. Now there's atleast one on every one of my plants, peppers, sunflowers, strawberries, cannabis, its pretty cool. They also fly away if disturbed but always seem to come back. Anyone know the name?

Everytime I move a plant outside it seems to burn the leaves and stunt the growth for a few days before it adjusts, How do I avoid this? I have these Jungle Spice and Exotic Genetics testers 14 days from sprout I wanna put outside and dont wanna lose their vigor they've had so far.

I have 3 larry og clones (2 from different mothers) in a 2x3 tent with a 600 watt HPS and an air conditioner.
