Well the dead spots are definitely where the seed stuck but yeah who knows why they did. 5 out of 5 stuck A couple of wooden skewers works great at removing shells. I removed all 5 of these instead of waiting .

Just the one tap root is through on all plants. Why not straight to 5gal? Some people swear by just starting them in the 5gal. Is the very bottom of taproot really gonna affect the plants that much? I'm thinking I'll just let it go and see what happens...Hell maybe I could even fill bottom cup...

They literally just sprouted. Best way to transplant a small seedling without agitating? There CANT be an actual root structure after just a couple days so I'm not real confident in transplanting. People say watering before transplants can be risky but without root structure do I have a choice?
