The Roots can really an air stone, would help progress the growth. And from the looks of the tips, it can be nut burn. Keep us posted.

That sounds horrible.Which problems for which plants? I'm not concerned at all with the soil plant. I've been using the GH PH kit adjusting to yellowish/orange for 5.8. Is this correct. I really need to invest in a digital ph/ppm meter. I am changing out the res weekly. I've been adding 1/4 a teaspoon of FF Grow Big every day. Should I back off the nutes and go every other day? I use Culligan spring water. What do you think could be causing the salt buildup? Thanks for the heads up purp.
its obvious they need stronger nutes, read my last post,U got a DEFFICIENCY which means YEs absoluteley stronger nutes but follow the feed chart, and thats good to change weekly thats what i do.The only way to get rid of the salt-buildup(which may not be the prob if u say the ph stays at 5.9) is to drain and replenish.

Hey Toke. I already have two 4 inch airstones. I think the burnt tips are nute burn. I'm gonna back off for a couples days.

Hey purp thanks for the quick response. The other 2 guys are saying less nutes and that I have nute burn yet you say there are deficiancies. Should I space out the feeding to say every 3-4 days and add a tablespoon or tablespoon and a 1/2?

Thanks for the input guys!:peace:

1/4 teaspoon too much nute??? at the stage they in now??u are depriving them of vital nutes that make them look like they burnt and so forth,,look at my grow albums,my past grows is all on here.Experience talks bullshit NEEDS to walk!

when and what strength of nutes did u last administer to them?
I've been giving them 1/4 a tablespoon of Grow Big everyday since a week and a half from planting.

I should have upped it awhile ago according to this. http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/hydrofeed.pdf

Also I have the Big Bloom but didn't think I needed that till later when there are signs of flowering like the bottle says but the schedule says otherwise.
Anyway I'm gonna add 2 tbsps of both today a see what comes of it.

follow what the schedule says.there are elements in the bloom nutes that are needed durin vegg...but not much...just follow EXACTLY what the chart says, these are people who have been researching for a very long time and know exactly what strenhgths and when to use.FOLLOW THIS http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/hydrofeed.pdf

Ya man thanks for the wake up call its tough to remember everything i've soaked up so much info from this site. So SICC said something about them being stunted. Does this mean they will inevitably be abnormally small?

Day 25

Well its day 25 and I added 2 tspns Grow Big and 2 tspns Big Bloom. Since week 3 with autos is more like week 6 with reg strains and I'm seeing pre flowers does this mean its time for Tiger Bloom? I see what seems to be pistils and I can't tell what the other plant has. Seems to be male-ish pre flowers maybe?

Male?

Let me know what you all think.

follow the feed chart for ur nutes and youll be just fine.
Looks like u got a number of probs,stem,yellowin/sagging leaves,,,the stem can rot all the way through and yopud have to make clones,,it happened to me before and they all snapped

Yes I'd agree with purp that the FF feeding schedule should def be your guide for fertilizing. If there is a nute deficiancy than that could explain the yellowing of the leaves. Before some growers harvest they flush their plants and provide no nutes and usually the leaves end up looking like yours do now because all the available nutrients and chemicals in the leaves are being used up to keep the plant alive. If you get a digi ppm/ph meter that would probably help alot to determine what the nute levels in your rez are.

I would say that your plants are very small for their age too, which is probably another indication of not enough nutrients. Ryders growing in an aeroponics system should be exploding with growth throughout their 9 week lifespan. I think that once you figure out your nute problem that they will probably grow by leaps and bounds.

That last pic looks like a little marijuana bonsai tree! For how short they are they seem to be pretty compact, so thats good.

Does it still look like there may be mold in the pods?

Remember, marijuana plants dont like wet feet.Thats whay the AG isnt ideal for growing monster plants and thats what we want.but its perfect for clones.

when a baby is first born,it comes out hungry needing vital nutrients to survive, same way with plants, when they first sprout, give em 1/4 strength, just like a child again you have to dillute their food.and as they grow, give em stronger and stronger food/nutes..i know guys that started off with full strength nutes,,as an experiment and the plants made it.but i dont recommend doing that.Raise the strength every week in hydro for best results
