1st Grow, PC Grow White Widow

Hello, This will be my first grow.

I will have 4 26w cfl 5000k bulbs for veg and 4 26w cfl 2700k for flower.

Happy frog soil

Advanced nutrient micro, grow, and bloom (ordered the 1L set but the guy ran out of those so I got the 4L ones for free. =])

I haven't built the PC box yet and I will post pictures here. I plan on only doing one female plant at a time and top the plant once, maybe twice.

The box is 24" tall 7.5" wide and 16" deep I believe.

Hey man ,I had the exact same setup at the beginning of my current grow (exactly the same, including nutes and strain). I'm still using the 3 part AN on my grow but I picked up a 400 watt HPS during veg and started using it with the cfl's. I topped and LST'd the hell out of mine. Check my grow out if you want, I'm on day 12 of flower and it's my first ever indoor grow. Good luck!

Finally started my grow. I'm growing a White Widow and a Blueberry. This is the blueberry, the white widow hasn't broke though yet, but has roots.

I just did the moist paper towel germination method. both seeds i did germinated. took about 2 daysish. The blueberry germinated first... i hope that it doesn't take over the white widow.

Day 9 - Dutch passion Blueberry. White widow did not sprout and died At least it was a freebie... The blueberry is doing awesome though.

Could somebody change the title of this thread to "1st Grow, PC grow Dutch Passion Blueberry"?

I think I will use the scrog method once it grows a bigger and I have the time to set it up. I only really plan on vegging for about 1 month. I am going on vacation in about 2 months and I dont have anyone to take care of it really so i hope to get it done by then.

I would be able to have someone care for it, but they may go with me...

Thanks for the subs! I plan on making some reflectors with the space above the lights, it really improves the light output.

after this grow I also plan on fixing the flaws with the case.. light escaping, noise from fans... etc.

The plant is looking good dude. If you want to harvest her in two months from now you better switch the light to 12/12 right now. Even doing so she may not be ready in two months but you'll be definitely closer to a proper harvest

well I'm leaving June 23rd I think... I'll see whats up with the person who might be able to go...

Also, quick question: I live in California so I was wondering if I could take my plant out in the sun during the afternoon to get some sunlight, I know about pollen, pests, unwanted people, but I am wondering if the plant will start to stretch or too much light, ect.

If you know anything about that please let me know. Thanks!

For Seedling's I use it at
1-1-1 Micro Grow Bloom. About 0.5ML per L. Puts it at around 350PPM.

Vegative Growth
4-4-1 MGB . About 1.5ML per L of Micro and Grow to .25-.5 ML per L of Bloom.

Flower
1-2-3 MGB

anyone suggest getting additional nutrients to improve the buds? I'm trying to keep this simple so please only suggest the best 1 or 2, not a whole combination of different ones. lol

lol well, with pretty much 3 you will definitely have more time, just remember that you may want to dry it before you leave

About taking the plant out every day, another point is the changing of her environment all the time which could stress her. But I never tried that so the benefits could be bigger.

As you can see, it is not stretching for the light.


Made some reflectors for the lights lol and moved one of the fans to an additional outtake since I added the 4th bulb. I will probably add another fan or 2 for air circulation in the case.
