Genetics would be my guess as well, especially if you're using feminized seeds. After all, fem seeds technically come from hermie plants...
If only it was that simple for one some things are more rock solid genetically than others even when chemically reversed and two most of what people grow these days stems from bagseed crosses so even if you buy reg seeds if you grow any chem or cookie or og or gg4 etc kinda crosses then its in there too cos there all from bagseed good stuff or not so you run this kinda stuff you accept the risk imo

True, I figure if you're breeding for feminized seeds, you should be doing rigorous testing to weed out plants that will hermie easily due to stress, and only use the rock-solid ones for reversal/creating feminized pollen. But obviously, because capitalism, that's not always the case...

My 2nd hobby is saltwater aquariums and i have resin on my rodi system,so i can take water also after the resin stages…it will be 0 ppm, should i try it?and if so i need to use cal mag every watering?
I would take it all the way throught RO/DI down to 0 PPM, Build up from Neutral with cal mag and nutes and see what happens.
