Ok there must be a reason

So far you’ve ruled out the lights the genetics and the lights & the environment.
One step at a time I guess.
So can you tell us what you feed them and give us a basic rundown of your growing method including if you ph or not.
I know two years of this must be driving you up the wall.
Tell me something just as a afterthought have you ever had a virus
Its driving me up the wall for sure…
I feed advanced nutrients and im jeeping the ph between 5.8 -6.3.
What donyou mean when you saying “virus”?

Are you in coir ( coco ) or hydro then as your ph is set to to that and not soil.

there’s a few virus ripping through seed banks atm breeders losing lines all over the place.
From what I’ve watched/read the hops one ( hop latent viroid (HLVd) ) is everywhere they did a test for off 200,000 places in California for the tobacco mosaic virus (TMV at that time it was 30% had it now it’s more like 70% have had it or have got it.
Then there’s leaf septoria and tmv ( tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) ) ripping through the market,Worldwide

the amount of leaf septoria I’ve seen and tmv this year alone blew my mind.
a lotta growers don’t figure they have it and think they have another problem.

the Cannabis viruses are devastating i can’t rem if it’s hops or tmv however once you get it the only way to not get it in the future is dump your gear and buy new gear ; I know like what the

Anyways it’s probably nothing to do with that I was just clutching at straws as to what could be causing them to stress so much they turn

Im growing in soil…

Ahh right now we maybe getting some where.
Your ph is wack for soil.
It should be 6.3-7 in soil your running a hydro ph at 5.8-6.3 soil needs a higher ph.
But that was my ph also in 3 first years and all was good?so why now it dont?

A lots changed in the breeding world hardly any strains I’ve had recently have been stable maybe back then you was getting more hardy seeds that could tolerate whatever it is.
All I know is I would change your ph it’s the one thing that’s normal for soil.
everything else has been ruled out.
Either way good luck and I hope you solve it.

is the dirt the same dirt you used 5 years ago? each bag has different ph.
what seed bank have you used?
new lamp could have been faulty from day 1 if it didnt happen before you changed light.
do you have anything to push wind inside the tent maybe you are stresing them with that.

What is your water source? Are you using tap water? RO water?Distilled Water? Rain water? RO/DI water?Spring Water? Water labled "drinking water"?Well water? How Old is your pH up/down solution? PPM of source water? PPM of water after Nutes?

If you're doing everything even remotely right. Crap genetics is the only answer. Lots of herms in today's seed business. Especially fems from the mega closet breeders out there. Using questionable genetics to begin with. Me usually, I like to stress my plants a little from seed. Weed out the undesirables. Herm rates imho have been climbing last 15 years or so.

2 years 20 seed banks meaning you do 10 grows a year? or you plant 5 strains in one tent only one of them hermies and polinates others? or do you find male flowers on all of them?

I still think it's the genetics.
Exactly what strains are we talking about?

Also, you can get a virus/viroid from infected seeds.
If you don't keep your tools clean, the badness can spread very quickly.
This includes your fingernails if you like to pinch leaves. (I spray my fingers with a little rubbing alcohol between plants.)

Do you have any pics of hermie plants? I would like to assess their overall health.

Agreed.
Some strains are simply more prone to hermaphrodism -- like GG4.
If a hybrid is made with 2 strains that both have GG4 in their lineage, the odds of hermie expression increases a LOT.

I have rodi water system, but it happend with rodi and also. With tap water…
I always replacing my ph down/up solutions(no more than a year).
Ppm source is 450 and after rodi system 10-20
