JJ, just a few suggestions, because, I would like to help even if I can't go right now, I hope to one day.
1) Set up a PayPal account for donations
2) Ask rolli for banner ad space, 9 months out for a week, 6 months for a week, 3 months for a week and finally the month of until it's over. (Someone with graphics chops will have to do the real work but that shouldn't be an issue, same ad goes up each time).
3) Drop box is a good idea if you don't personally have one, (I'd open a new bank account or one off my savings and link it to the paypal voila) LOL
4) Ask for an announcements link, again for 1 week at opposite times from your banner ad, say at the end of the month vs the beginning.
You need more site exposure to get the message out, a realistic way for stoners to contribute and reminders for stoners, lots and lots of reminders! LOL I'd kick in whether I could go or not.
