If this is in response to my post, I think the Idiocracy is the one currently in the White House and those supporting them.

Their low approval rating is entirely earned, based on incompetence, a flawed approach to governance and the public's recognition that the administration is not working for the interests of the many, but rather the enrichment of a few at the cost of everyone else.
